DESCRIPTION:You get to be the judge at the Annual Taster’s Choice culinary event in Eunice, Louisiana. This event takes place the Wednesday before Fat Tuesday. It’s the perfect opportunity to indulge in good Cajun food before Lent begins. Every year, nearly 25 chefs fascinate taste buds, while Geno Delafose & French Rockin Boogie keeps everyone entertained with zydeco music. Enjoy drinks at the cash bar and walk away with some big-ticket items from the silent and live auctions.\nA panel of judges and chefs will select winners in amateur and professional categories. A People’s Choice award will be voted on by attendees. Proceeds benefit the Eunice Community Health Center Clinic, which provides free and at-cost medical care for the working uninsured and under-insured people of the surrounding areas.\n\n
