Saturday at the Prairie Acadian Cultural Center
March 23 @ 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Every Saturday in Eunice, Louisiana, local artisans, musicians, and more show off their skills with demonstrations of music, dancing, quilting, and the French language. Practice your Cajun two-step with the assistance of an expert volunteer and music provided by local musicians. Watch scrap fabrics become a beautiful quilt and come hungry for a foodways presentation by locals and professional chefs. Practice your Cajun French and learn a few new words at Cajun Conversations and the Explore & Restore Craft Workshop is hands-on fun for children of all ages. The fun doesn’t end there. Work off that rich cuisine with more dancing at the Liberty Theatre’s Rendez-vous des Cajuns.
