SPIRITS: History, Folklore and Fear a Gala at the Museum
On October 30th at 7pm, the Opelousas Museum invites you to an evening where history and legend intertwine — SPIRITS: History, Folklore and Fear, a one-of-a-kind gala celebrating the rich stories that have shaped Opelousas for generations. From the tales of early settlers to the folklore passed down through Creole and Cajun traditions, our community’s past is alive with voices worth hearing. This evening is a chance to honor that heritage — and to ensure it endures for generations to come.
