Café Josephine

2024-10-22T09:48:03-05:00

After a long day of shopping in Sunset, Louisiana, take a break at Café Josephine. The menu is best described as southern comfort meets gourmet cuisine. Chef Troy gets creative with traditional dishes, adding his own unique flair, while still staying true to the local food culture. His menu features classic Louisiana-style comfort foods like shrimp and grits or seafood gumbo. However, if you’re looking something different you can also find dishes like his famous Zydeco Tacos, spiked with a drizzle of Sriracha and pecan pepper jelly.

Here’s a tip from the locals; don’t go hog-wild on their famous cheddar biscuits. It’s all too tempting! Save some room the main course, a few cocktails, and dessert, or sample fresh and charbroiled seafood at the oyster bar.
