Bayou Courtableau Spring Market
Head to the end of the Bayou Courtableau right where Bayou Teche begins in Port Barre, Louisiana. There, you’ll find a little craft, art, and home decor shop called The Fox’s Den. On April 30th from 9am-2pm, they are hosting the Bayou Courtableau Spring Market. This market will have vendors who specialize in hand-made original arts, crafts, photography, woodworking, cakes, pies and cookies, ceramics, and metalworking. Do some shopping for Mother’s Day or treat yourself to something new and handmade. Grab some jalapeño cheese bread from Bourque’s Supermarket to eat while you shop.
