Mary Hawkins2023-08-11T09:27:17-05:00Cypress Grove in Eunice is a charming wedding venue that features a stunning new open-air chapel. With 14-foot stained glass windows and a functioning bell tower that houses a restored bell from the 1800s, newlyweds can take part in the unique tradition of ringing the bell upon exiting the ceremony allowing the chimes to blow the crowd away and leave a lasting memory.
The reception space itself is a historic general store that was built in 1886 and moved to the property in the ’90s. The store is historically known as the Chapelle Store, one of the last attempted robberies of Bonnie & Clyde in 1934.
Cypress Grove has been in operation for over 8 years with 350+ weddings that have taken place onsite. They specialize in more intimate weddings with crowds of less than 150 guests. Couples looking for a wedding weekend experience, rather than a 6-hour banquet hall need look no further. Cypress Grove offers a stunning Bridal Cottage that doubles as a Honeymoon cottage, a groomsman Prairie Barn that also has lodging, and an onsite turn-of-the-century 1905 Farmhouse for overflow lodging.
