C’est Si Bon Acadiana Jambalaya Cook-Off

At the Team Honda of Acadiana located at the Harry Guilbeau exit in Opelousas on Saturday, May 27th, you’ll be able to taste a variety of jambalayas from around the area at the C’est Si Bon Acadiana Jambalaya Cook-Off. From 12pm-2pm, you can dance along to Geno Delafose as he performs live.

Judging begins at 2pm and there are prizes for 1st ($1,000), 2nd ($750), and 3rd ($400) places. This event is free to participate in, but there is a limited number of teams that can compete. Teams must provide all supplies and food for 100 sample-size tastings. A parking spot will be provided for each team to set up. Register to compete at the dealership.
