Formerly the Town of Washington RV Park, the Ponderosa is a quiet little stretch of land on Bayou Courtableau in Washington, Louisiana. There are 30 pet-friendly, full-hookup sites on five acres of open land with water, electricity, and sewage available. Close by is the Bayou Courtableau boat launch and the “steamboat turnaround”, a historic site on the Atchafalaya National Heritage Area’s Water Heritage Trail.

The Cottage at Cypress Grove is a fully renovated two-bedroom vacation home in Eunice, Louisiana, home to the famous Liberty Theatre and the Cajun French Music Hall of Fame & Museum. Located on five-plus acres of lush gardens and green space, it’s the perfect spot for birding, relaxing, and reconnecting with nature. Just steps away is the famous Chapelle Country Store, circa 1886, which is known to be the site of one of the last attempted robberies of Bonnie & Clyde. The store is now a boutique wedding venue that can also be used for rehearsal dinners, reunions, and other special events. The Cottage is located on the grounds of Cypress Grove, a special event venue.
